VIP Tone offers flexible service packages to support the needs of the different users in your district and schools.
VIP PBX Basic plan is ideal for lobby phone, workroom extension, or overhead paging system and features:
- Call Hold - Pause, then resume a call to handle other business.
- Call Redial - Redials the last number called.
- Call Transfer - Transfers a call to another line in one of your offices.
- Call Waiting - Signals another incoming call on your line while you are already talking.
- Caller ID - Lets you know who is calling.
- Free Global Connections - All VIP PBX schools around the world can place free phone calls to each other.
VIP Personal PBX offers all the features of the basic plan and these premium features:
- Call Camping Tell your phone to keep trying a number until it gets through, then ring you to let you know.
- Call Forwarding Set your phone to forward to another line, either all the time, or when your line is busy, or when you do not answer.
- Caller ID Blocking Block your Caller ID information on your outgoing calls.
- Distinctive Ring Tones Select different ring tones for different lines or callers on your phone.
- Do Not Disturb Send all your calls directly to voice mail.
- Executive Override In an emergency you can call another person in your office even if their line is already in use.
- Multi-Line Phones You can have multiple lines on the same phone, each with a distinctive ring.
- FindMeFollowMe - Find me/follow me services enable users to personalize the way and the device on which they receive calls, greatly enhancing their productivity.
- Speed Dial Press one button to call numbers that you frequently call.
- Three-Way Calling Talk to two other people at the same time.
- Voice Mail Box - Customizable voicemail for each user accessible via your internal phone, an external phone or a web portal.
- Voice Mail to E-Mail Be notified of voice mails by email, pager, etc. Optionally sends voice mail to you as an e-mail sound attachment.
- Web Call Control Handy web browser application that controls your desktop phone.
- Web Feature Control Handy web browser application that controls your user profile, forwarding numbers, etc.
VIP PBX Anywhere plan offers all the features of the premium plan and these additional features:
- Soft Phone - Support for public domain softphones or the VIP PBX convergence client.
- Convergence Client - Delivering advanced collaboration including conferences on your computer that include voice, video, instant messaging, and desktop and web page sharing.
- Conference Bridge Allows you to talk to parties in multiple locations. You can set up conferences in advance, have them dial participants, or just set them up on the fly with a pre-defined bridge with access codes.
Optional Advanced Features
Auto Attendant: Answers your phones after-hours or when everyone is busy, and offers a menu to direct incoming calls. Add additional auto attendants for multi-level menus.
Attendant Console: Lets your receptionist efficiently manage the call flow in your office by seeing what lines are in use, who is in the office, and what calls are coming in.
Call Center ACD: For heavy in-bound calling directs incoming calls to available staff members. Sign-in and out using the web browser.
