Designed for K-12 and scalable to support multi-site districts VIP PBX simplifies the process of switching from Traditional to IP Telephony services. VIP PBX offers a comprehensive set of communications services including voice, switchboard, call distribution, voicemail, unified messaging and advanced collaboration services.
The VIP PBX runs on a common SIP based IP Communications platform which provides a common subscriber database and presence information for all the communications Applications. Today, VIP Tone offers IP Telephony, IP Messaging, IP Conferencing and IP Contact Center applications. VIP Tone's Convergence Center client acts as the dash board for users providing access to IP Telephony, IP Messaging, and IP Conferencing applications. The VIP PBX solution runs on a Linux based commercial platform designed for large-scale enterprise-wide IP telephony service.

IP Messaging Module
Extremely flexible, the IP Messaging module provides many standard features for voice, fax, and email messaging including:
Voice Mail - IP voicemail system lowers costs while providing seamless migration from legacy voicemail systems.
Find Me/Follow Me - Find me/follow me services enable enterprise users to personalize the way and the device on which they receive calls, greatly enhancing their productivity and increasing customer satisfaction.
Unified Messaging - Unified messaging services enable users to integrate voice mail and fax mail into the e-mail messaging system, letting enterprises configure a single in-box for fax mails and giving users the flexibility to reroute faxes to e-mail, a local fax machine, or printer.
In addition to traditional phone access or dialing, the VIP PBX service can be accessed from your PC with our convergence client. The convergence client uses the computer sound card, microphone and speakers in your PC to transmit voice over IP to any destination number of your choice. In addition to the PBX features described above, our PC based client offers instant messaging, video conferencing, web collaboration, desktop sharing, contact center and caller queuing to improve communications within your user community.
