VIP Tone offers a full line of SIP compliant access devices to deliver cost effective yet productive access to VIP PBX to your end users.
VIP Tone's line of SIP-based IP phones include:
- Basic IP Phone (with or without speaker)
- Business IP Phone
- Attendant Console (with Complement Attendant Software)
- Soft phone
- Convergence Client soft phone with collaboration and conferencing capability
The solution utilizes IP telephones with advanced capabilities including:
- Large display with context sensitive menu driven soft key interface for ease of use in addition to hardkey functionality (e.g. Hold, Mute, etc.).
- Headset jack compatible
- Built in directory of frequently called numbers
- IM capability from phone
- Set presence status via phone
- Capability to provide between 2 - 6 line appearances
- Build directory "on the fly" so that users can store missed calls, placed calls from phone call log
- Display number of voicemail and IM messages waiting
- Message waiting light
- Distinctive ring capability of at least 8 different ring types
- PoE compatible or external power supply phones are both supported and available with this solution
- G.711 and G.729 compatible
- SIP or MGCP compatible
- DHCP set up and NAT support
- Diagnostics
- Dual 10/100 switched Ethernet port for PC and phone on same port
