School MATRIX SSS collects, manages and reports on various data relating to all aspects of a student's educational program. Family information, medical details, government assistance, government programs, educational history, assessment records, class schedules, attendance and grades, are representative samples of the data captured and accessible through this module.

School MATRIX SSS also collects, manages and reports on various data relating to school facilities, school assets / resources, school calendars, and other related functions. The asset management tools record the location of a given asset, responsible staff and insurance information, depreciation value, as well as other relevant information on any school property. The system offers web-based student and staff attendance and enrollment. It also offers a view of class schedules which allows for edits, additions and deletions by student counselors.
Finally, School MATRIX SSS provides support for the management of staff data. This Module collects, manages and reports on various data relating to staff members such as professional qualifications, accreditations, areas of expertise, emergency contacts, and other relevant data that can be securely accessed by appropriate administrative staff.
