WEBINAR: Solution Providers Key to On Demand Success

Detail Opportunities for Solution Providers in On Demand Service Delivery

SANTA CLARA, CA, July 31st, 2006 - This webinar hosted by Jamcracker, "Solution Providers: Key to On Demand Success" and moderated by SaaS industry expert Phil Wainewright will take place August, 3 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific.

It will detail the indispensable role solution providers must play for the successful delivery of On Demand Services that include Software as a Service (SaaS), IT services and communication services. Solution providers that will be essential to the "On Demand Ecosystem" include Value Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators (SIs), telecommunications companies, and service providers.

Wainewright, ZDNet's SaaS blogger, will lead a discussion with Brent Arslaner, VP of Business Development for Jamcracker Service Delivery Network (JSDN) and Robert Iskander, CEO of VIP Tone, the leading provider of On Demand Services to the K-12 education sector.

They will discuss:

  • Why Solution Providers are Key to Success for On Demand delivery
  • Opportunities for solution providers in the On Demand Delivery Model
  • Levels of service that solution providers can offer and the financial returns
  • Process for getting started delivering On Demand Services.

"Six years ago when On Demand delivery first gained traction, solution providers were left out of the equation and this created the false start for this delivery model," explained Wainewright. "We now know that On Demand Delivery has remerged; taken hold and will only grow. But for this to be successful for all parties, solution providers must play a central part. Using Jamcracker's seven years experience in On Demand delivery and the success of VIP Tone's vertical On Demand solutions, this webinar will highlight the roles of both providers of On Demand services and the solution providers and what they must do to be successful
